It's Groundhog Day in New Hampshire. (VIDEO)

New Hampshire's Groundhog, called woodchucks here, may have come out today NOT see a shadow. Legend has it if they see their shadow we'll have another six weeks of winter. There are NO shadows today so spring must be at hand.
